Undergraduate Student Affairs Board Member The Goal of the Undergraduate Student Affairs Advisory Board is to provide feedback to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs on critical issues impacting student life that may arise during. the course of an academic year. Student board members have the opportunity to interact with the Vice Chancellor for Students Affairs, the Dean of Students, and other senior leaders of Washington University.
Being a part of this board has affected me in a positive way. In every institution I have been apart of I have always derived value in taking on student leadership roles, and getting involved wherever I can. It is a special opportunity to get to speak directly with the Universities leaders and it has pushed me to speak up and always engage with my environment. It reminds me constantly that change is always possible and constantly happening behind the scenes. |
